A Full Continuum of Holistic Care
Cottonwood de Tucson offers a complete range of programs to support clients at every stage of their recovery. From initial stabilization in medical detox to intensive residential care and flexible outpatient options, each program is built on a foundation of holistic, evidence-based treatment tailored to the individual.
The first step for many, our medical detox program provides 24/7 medical supervision to safely and comfortably manage withdrawal symptoms. This crucial phase ensures clients are physically stable and ready to engage fully in the therapeutic process.
Typical Length of Stay: 6 Weeks
Our core program offers an intensive, structured treatment experience where clients live on our 35-acre campus. This program combines individual therapy, group sessions, and holistic activities to address the root causes of addiction and mental health issues in a supportive environment. All clients enjoy private rooms and bathrooms.
We offer both a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) as step-down levels of care. These programs provide robust clinical support while allowing clients more independence to practice their recovery skills. A fully Virtual IOP is also available for those needing remote access to care.
As a PsychArmor Veteran Ready organization, we provide a dedicated treatment track for active-duty military and veterans. This program utilizes trauma-informed care to address the specific challenges this population faces, including PTSD and co-occurring disorders, in a respectful and understanding setting.
Beyond substance use, Cottonwood provides specialized treatment for a range of co-occurring conditions. Our integrated approach addresses process addictions including gambling, gaming, sex/pornography, and shopping, as well as secondary eating disorders. This comprehensive care ensures all facets of a client's health are treated simultaneously.
