Is Suboxone (MAT) permitted?
We approach Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) on a case-by-case basis. We are open to clients already on Suboxone and will work with them, preferably with a goal of eventually tapering off.
What is the difference between inpatient and outpatient addiction treatment?
Inpatient (residential) provides a 24/7 structured living environment where clients reside on-site for immersive care. Outpatient allows clients to live at home or in sober living while attending therapy sessions at our facility on a scheduled basis.

How long will I be there?
Our typical residential program has a length of stay of 30 days. The duration of outpatient programs varies based on individual clinical needs.
What is the living situation like? Can I get my own room?
The living situation is a comfortable, home-like house. All rooms are shared with a roommate to foster peer support and community. Private rooms are not available.
Is this a closed/locked facility?
No, this is an open campus, not a locked facility. However, clients are expected to remain on property at all times unless they are participating in a staff-supervised outing or activity.
Can I use my phone or laptop? Is smoking allowed?
Yes, smoking and vaping are permitted in designated outdoor areas. For electronics, there is a 7-day initial blackout period. Afterward, clients can use a landline. Staff may grant supervised access to personal cell phones for essential matters like paying bills or work-related issues.
What should I bring?
Please bring about a week's worth of comfortable clothing, appropriate shoes, personal toiletries (alcohol-free), your ID and insurance card, and any current medications in their original bottles. We recommend bringing a journal and keeping valuables at home.
What should I leave at home?
Please do not bring weapons, non-prescribed medications, drugs or alcohol, outside food or drinks, revealing clothing or clothing with inappropriate references, valuable items, or personal electronics beyond your cell phone (which will be secured by staff).
What is the layout of the campus?
Our campus consists of shared, home-like houses in a suburban neighborhood. The environment is co-ed, designed to be comfortable and supportive rather than institutional.

Who provides care here? Are there psychiatrists on staff?
Our detox program is staffed with 24/7 nursing. The residential program is primarily staffed by experienced counselors and support staff. Medical care, including psychiatric services, is provided through a virtual doctor who is available for consultations.
Who else will be in treatment with me at your facility?
You will be in treatment with other co-ed adults (18+) from various backgrounds. Our small 15-bed capacity ensures a tight-knit community of peers who are all committed to recovery.
What is the family involvement and visitation policy?
Family involvement is crucial for recovery. We offer family therapy sessions and have a policy that allows for scheduled family visits, providing an opportunity for loved ones to be part of the healing process.
What kind of aftercare and follow-up support is available?
We offer a robust aftercare plan through our step-down levels of care. After completing the residential program, clients can transition to our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) or Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs, with the option of living in our sober living homes for continued support.

The typical length of stay in our residential program is 30 days. This provides sufficient time to stabilize, engage in therapy, and build a solid foundation for lasting recovery.
