What levels of care do you offer? Are they standalone?

They offer Residential, PHP, IOP, and OP, as well as 13 sober living homes. All levels of care are standalone, meaning a client can join any program without having to complete a higher level of care first.

Do you treat dual diagnosis and process addictions?

Yes, they treat co-occurring mental health disorders (dual diagnosis). They also have specialized groups and licensing for process addictions such as gambling, eating disorders, and sex addiction.

Is this a locked facility? Can I go outside?

No, this is not a locked-down facility. The doors are not locked from the inside. Clients can go outside on the property and also attend outside meetings and events with staff supervision. "Lights out" is 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.

What is the living situation? Can I get a private room?

The residential program is in a resort-style home. Both shared rooms and a private casita/suite option are available. Their sober living homes also offer private rooms.

Can I use my phone/laptop? Is smoking allowed?

Tech: Yes, the program is very tech-friendly. There is no blackout period, and clients can use phones, laptops, etc., as long as it is not during programming hours.
Tobacco: Yes, all forms of tobacco (cigarettes, vapes, chew, pouches) are permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas.

What are the meal options?

A private chef prepares meals for clients and can accommodate any dietary needs or restrictions, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.
