Is this a closed/locked facility?

Clients are expected to stay on site, but it is not a locked facility. You can go for walks on the property and must check in with staff if you need to go further.

Who else will be in treatment with me at your facility? What is their occupancy?

The program is for co-ed adults (18+). There are three houses, each with a capacity of 16 clients, creating a small, supportive community of insured and Medicaid-funded peers.

Does this program use the 12-steps?

The core program is not 12-step based, but clients are exposed to and can attend 12-step meetings a few times per week as part of the schedule.

What should I bring with me?

Please bring comfortable clothing, personal toiletries, any necessary prescribed medications, and a form of identification. Tobacco products are permitted for use in designated areas.

What should I leave at home?

Yes, we provide integrated treatment for dual diagnosis and co-occurring disorders, addressing both substance use and mental health conditions simultaneously.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we are in-network with most major insurance providers. We also accept Medicaid, which covers two-thirds of the cost, with the client responsible for the remaining third.

What is the difference between inpatient and outpatient addiction treatment?

Inpatient (Residential) treatment provides 24/7 structured care in a residential setting, while our outpatient programs (PHP and IOP) allow clients to live at home and attend treatment sessions during the day or evening.

What types of support and aftercare are available once treatment ends?

We offer our own outpatient services (PHP and IOP) as a direct step-down for clients completing the residential program, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity of care.

What will my costs be for treatment?

Self-pay costs are estimated at $15,000/month for residential (meds/tests not included), $7,000 for a 4-week PHP program, and $4,800 for an 8-week IOP program. Costs with insurance vary.

Do you provide detoxification services?

We do not offer on-site detox. However, we coordinate with trusted local detox facilities to ensure clients have a safe and comfortable withdrawal process before admission.

What family involvement is included in the treatment process?

Family involvement is encouraged through weekly family visits on Sundays from 12 PM to 4 PM and integrated family counseling sessions.
