Can I use my phone/laptop? Is smoking allowed?
Yes, smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas. Personal electronics like laptops are not allowed. Cell phones are kept by staff but can be used for 20 minutes on Sundays. You can use the facility phone once per day for 20 minutes after an initial 3-day blackout period.
