Yes, we offer a 24/7 clinically supervised medical detox program to ensure a safe and comfortable start to recovery.

Is Suboxone (MAT) permitted?

Yes, our policy is flexible. If you are already on Suboxone when you admit, you can continue it. We do not start new patients on Suboxone, but we permit clients to obtain it from an outside clinic while in our care.

How long will I be there?

A typical residential stay is about 30 days. Outpatient programs (PHP and IOP) are structured month-to-month, allowing for flexibility based on clinical progress.

What is the living situation like? Can I get my own room?

The living situation is a structured, clinical setting within a modern facility. Rooms are shared between two clients. If a private room is available, it can be requested for an additional cost.

Is this a closed/locked facility?

No, it is not a locked facility. It is a supervised, open campus where clients have structured free time and breaks. While clients are expected to remain on-site, they are not physically locked in and can leave against medical advice (AMA) if they choose.

Can I use my phone or laptop? Is smoking allowed?

Yes, smoking and vaping are permitted in designated outdoor areas; products must be unopened upon arrival. Personal electronics like cell phones and laptops are not allowed to help clients focus on their recovery.

What should I bring with me?

Bring essential clothing for about a week that’s comfortable and appropriate, including sleepwear and workout clothes. Pack alcohol-free personal hygiene items, prescribed medications in original bottles, and important documents like ID and insurance cards. A small amount of cash, a journal, and approved reading materials are also recommended.

What should I leave at home?

Leave behind drugs, alcohol, weapons, and non-approved medications. Do not bring revealing or offensive clothing, electronics (phones, laptops), outside food or drinks, or valuable items. Products containing alcohol, like certain mouthwashes, are also prohibited.

What is the difference between inpatient and outpatient addiction treatment?

Inpatient (residential) treatment provides 24/7 care where clients live at the facility, offering an immersive, highly structured environment. Outpatient treatment allows clients to live at home or in program housing while attending therapy sessions during the day.

What is the layout of the campus?

The campus is a single, modern building with distinct wings for client housing, therapy offices, and common areas. This centralized layout provides a structured and secure clinical environment.

Who provides care here? Are there psychiatrists on staff?

Care is provided by a multidisciplinary team of doctors, Nurse Practitioners, nurses, and licensed counselors. While the team is medically directed, they do not have dedicated psychiatrists or psychologists on staff.

Who else will be in treatment with me at your facility? What is their occupancy?

You will be in treatment with other co-ed adults (18+) from various backgrounds, most with private insurance. The environment is diverse and peer-supportive. The facility has a maximum capacity of 32 clients, ensuring an intimate and focused setting.

Are family visits allowed? What is the family involvement?

Yes, family visits are encouraged and permitted for clients in the residential program after the initial detox phase. Family involvement is a key part of recovery, and scheduled visitations help repair relationships and build a strong support system.

What kind of aftercare and follow-up support is available?

We offer robust aftercare planning, including step-down options to our PHP, IOP, and associated housing services. We also have an alumni program to provide long-term connection and support after treatment is completed.

Is there any follow-up after discharge?

Yes, we encourage clients to join our alumni program for ongoing peer support. We also provide referrals and connections to local aftercare resources, support groups, and sober living arrangements as part of a comprehensive discharge plan.
