The Day Treatment Program, or PHP, offers a comprehensive and immersive therapeutic experience. It functions like a full-time job focused on your recovery, with a daily schedule of group therapy, individual counseling, skill-building workshops, and psychiatric care. This program is ideal for building a strong foundation and developing healthy routines.
Best For: Individuals who need to balance treatment with work, school, or family commitments.
Schedule: 3 evenings per week, 3 hours per session.
The Evening IOP provides robust clinical support without requiring you to pause your life. This program offers the same high-quality, evidence-based therapies as the day program but in a convenient evening format. It's an excellent option for stepping down from PHP or for those who need more support than traditional weekly therapy.
