Recovery Unplugged New Jersey provides a range of outpatient services designed to fit into your life while delivering the high-quality care you need. Each program is built around our core music-assisted therapy model, helping you practice recovery skills in a real-world setting with robust clinical support.
Schedule: 6 Days/Week
Our most intensive outpatient option, PHP provides a full day of clinical programming, including group and individual therapy, while allowing you to return home each evening. It's an ideal step-down from residential care or for those needing more support than traditional outpatient.
Schedule: 3 Evenings/Week (6pm - 9pm)
IOP offers a flexible yet comprehensive treatment schedule, making it possible to continue with work, school, or family commitments. This program focuses on group therapy, relapse prevention, and building a strong sober support network.
Our virtual IOP provides the same evidence-based, music-infused curriculum as our in-person program through a secure and convenient online platform. It's an excellent option for those with transportation or scheduling challenges.
Recovery is a lifelong journey. We provide robust aftercare planning, an active alumni community, and free weekly virtual meetings to ensure clients and their families have continuous support long after they complete our program.

We offer a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), an in-person Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and a Virtual IOP for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
No, our New Jersey location is exclusively an outpatient facility specializing in PHP and IOP levels of care. We can provide referrals for detox or residential programs if needed.

We believe family involvement is key to recovery. We offer free weekly virtual meetings for family and peer support, as well as integrated family counseling sessions as part of your personalized treatment plan.
Upon completion of our program, we provide comprehensive aftercare planning to ensure a smooth transition. This includes connection to our active alumni program, which offers ongoing peer support, events, and resources to help you maintain your recovery.
