Program length is individualized. Residential stays typically range from 30 to 90 days, often followed by an outpatient program. We recommend a total commitment of at least 90 days across all levels of care for the best outcomes.
What is the living situation like? Can I get a private room?
Clients live in comfortable, home-like houses in quiet neighborhoods. Rooms are semi-private, shared with one roommate to foster peer support. Private rooms may be available for an additional charge, depending on availability.
Is this a closed/locked facility?
Our detox facilities are closely monitored for safety, but our residential programs operate on an open-campus model. We foster an environment of trust and personal accountability, where clients are expected to remain on-site and fully engaged in their treatment.
Can I use my phone/laptop? Is smoking allowed?
Yes, smoking and vaping are permitted in designated outdoor areas. To help clients focus on their initial recovery, use of personal electronics like phones and laptops is restricted during the early phase of treatment. Access is gradually increased with scheduled calls and visits as part of the treatment plan.
What should I bring? What should I leave at home?
Bring: About one week of comfortable, modest clothing, non-slip shoes, sealed/alcohol-free toiletries, prescription meds in original bottles, photo ID/insurance card, and a journal.
Leave at Home: Valuables, excessive cash, any unapproved substances/medications, revealing clothing, electronics like laptops/smartwatches, and outside food or drinks.

Our multidisciplinary team includes a psychiatrist/addictionologist for medication management, licensed psychologists, Master's-level therapists, certified addiction counselors, physician assistants, and 24/7 nursing staff in our detox facilities.
Who will be in treatment with me?
You will be in treatment with other adults (18+) who are committed to recovery. Our programs are gender-specific, so you will be in housing and therapy groups exclusively with other men or other women. Our facilities are small (6 clients per house), creating an intimate and supportive peer group from a diverse, regular population with private insurance.
What is the family involvement and visitation policy?
Family involvement is crucial. We offer family education and therapy sessions to help repair relationships. Scheduled family visits are an integral part of the treatment plan and are typically arranged after an initial stabilization period.
What kind of aftercare and follow-up support is available?
