Overview
Lexington Addiction Center offers a unique and comprehensive approach to recovery in the heart of Kentucky. Specializing in the "Florida Model" of care, they combine structured Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs with supportive, community-based housing. Clients attend therapy at a central clinical office and reside in comfortable, gender-specific 4-bedroom houses located in quiet neighborhoods. This setup fosters accountability and real-world life skills, with clients sharing rooms to build peer support. The model allows clients to engage in intensive, evidence-based therapy during the day while living in a sober environment. With a strong emphasis on 12-Step immersion and dual diagnosis treatment, the center provides a full continuum of care, including facilitated medical detox at a partner facility. Lexington Addiction Center is designed for adults who are ready to build a strong foundation for lasting sobriety through clinical excellence and peer support. View their website here.
