This includes clothing with logos promoting alcohol, drugs, sex, gambling, or gangs, as well as overly revealing or inappropriate clothing such as short skirts or shorts, strapless or midriff-baring tops, and see-through garments. Personal items like pillows, blankets, towels, stuffed animals, nail polish and remover, jewelry, outside food or drinks, and any unsealed or opened containers should also stay at home. Electronic devices such as cellphones, smartwatches, computers, cameras, TVs, and gaming consoles, along with e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and loose tobacco, are not allowed. Additionally, gambling-related items, huffable products, and pictures with glass frames should be left behind. Staff will safely store any inappropriate items and return them upon discharge, while illegal or contraband items will be destroyed, so it’s best to leave valuables and nonessential personal belongings at home to ensure a safe, focused, and supportive treatment environment.
