While reviews are overwhelmingly positive, the few critical comments sometimes mention issues with administrative communication, particularly concerning post-discharge planning or billing. A small number of reviewers felt that certain rules were inconsistently enforced or that their experience was highly dependent on the specific staff members on duty.

What is the living situation like? Can I get my own room?
Clients live in a facility building with apartment/dorm-style rooms. All rooms are shared with roommates to encourage peer support, and private rooms are not available.
