Inpatient (or residential) treatment involves living at the facility 24/7 for immersive care. Outpatient treatment allows clients to live at home while attending scheduled therapy sessions at the facility.

Daily Life & Rules

How long will I be there? / What is the length of a residential stay for substance use disorders?

The typical length of stay for our residential program is 30 days, though this can be adjusted based on clinical need.

What is the living situation like? Can I get my own room?

Clients live in a modern, facility-style setting. All rooms are shared with roommates to encourage peer support, and private rooms are not guaranteed.

Is this a closed/locked facility?

No, it is a voluntary program. However, the campus is gated for safety and clients are not permitted to leave without authorization. Clients may go outside for supervised breaks.

Can I use my phone or laptop? Is there WiFi?

There is a 3-day "blackout" period upon admission where phones are not permitted. On the 4th day, clients get their phones back. Policies on laptop use and WiFi are not specified.

Is smoking/vaping allowed?

Yes, smoking and vaping are permitted in designated outdoor areas during scheduled breaks.

What should I bring with me?

Bring comfortable clothing, personal toiletries, any prescribed medications, your ID and insurance card. You may also bring your cell phone (for use after day 3) and tobacco products if you use them.

What should I leave at home?

Please leave valuables, weapons, illegal substances, alcohol, and any unapproved items at home to ensure a safe and focused treatment environment.

What is the layout of the campus?

The campus is a large, modern treatment facility with a spa-like feel, including amenities like a gym, pool, and multiple therapy and recreation areas.

Who provides care here? Are there psychiatrists and psychologists on staff?

Our multidisciplinary care team includes doctors, Registered Nurses (RNs), psychologists, and licensed counselors to provide comprehensive medical and clinical support.

Who else will be in treatment with me at your facility? What is their occupancy?

You will be in treatment with other adults (18+) in a co-ed setting. Our facility has a maximum capacity of 118 clients, creating a diverse community of peers focused on recovery.

Are family visits allowed? What is the family involvement?

While in-person family visits are not permitted, we strongly encourage family involvement through scheduled family therapy sessions to help heal relationships.

What types of support and aftercare are available once treatment ends?

We offer a robust aftercare plan, allowing clients to step down through our continuum of care, from PHP to IOP and then to standard outpatient services for ongoing support.

Is there any follow-up after discharge?

Yes, clients can transition into our outpatient levels of care for continued support and follow-up after completing the residential program.
