Environment & Accommodations
Greenhouse Treatment Center is a large, modern treatment facility with a spa-like atmosphere located in Grand Prairie, TX. Designed for comfort and focused recovery, the campus can accommodate up to 118 clients. While the program is co-ed, men and women have separate living arrangements to ensure privacy and safety. The setting is clinical yet comfortable, with numerous amenities to support holistic well-being.
This is a large, comprehensive treatment facility, not a small house-like setting, offering a wide range of on-site services and amenities.
All clients have shared rooms, which fosters peer connection and support. Private rooms are generally not available.
Although the overall program is co-ed and groups are mixed, living quarters for male and female clients are separate.
Policies & Rules
Treatment is voluntary, but it is a closed campus with a gate. Clients cannot leave freely but can go outside for supervised breaks.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), including medications like Suboxone, is permitted and integrated into treatment plans when clinically appropriate.
Smoking and vaping are permitted for clients in designated outdoor areas during specified break times.
There is a 3-day "blackout" period with no phone access. On the 4th day of treatment, clients are allowed to have their cell phones back.
In-person family visits are not permitted. However, family involvement is encouraged through scheduled family therapy sessions.
Weapons, illegal substances, alcohol, non-prescribed medications, and any other items deemed inappropriate by staff are strictly prohibited.

We provide integrated treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders alongside substance use disorders, addressing both conditions simultaneously for a more effective recovery.
Our programs utilize evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), individual therapy, group therapy, and family sessions.
We use 12-step programming and also offer SMART Recovery as an alternative. Celebrate Recovery is not a part of our core program.
No, our program is clinically focused and not faith-based. We are welcoming to individuals of all belief systems and offer SMART Recovery and optional spiritual support.

We offer a robust aftercare plan, allowing clients to step down through our continuum of care, from PHP to IOP and then to standard outpatient services for ongoing support.
