A Flexible Continuum of Care with Housing
Relevance Recovery specializes in a modern treatment model that combines clinical outpatient services with a structured sober living environment. This allows clients to receive intensive care while practicing recovery skills in a real-world setting. Their programs are designed to provide a seamless transition from higher levels of care to greater independence.
Schedule: 5 days per week
The highest level of care offered. Clients attend a full day of clinical programming at the facility and then return to a supervised, gender-specific recovery residence in the evenings. This provides an immersive, residential-like experience.
Schedule: 3 days per week
A flexible step-down program where clients attend therapy for several hours, three days a week. The integrated housing option allows individuals to continue living in a supportive, sober environment while having more time for work, school, or job searching.
Focus: Community & Reintegration
For clients who have completed PHP or IOP, sober living offers a safe, substance-free home to continue building a foundation for long-term recovery. It fosters independence while maintaining peer support and accountability.
Environment & Accommodations
Relevance Recovery provides a comfortable, home-like atmosphere across multiple residences. The clinical services are conducted at a central facility, while clients live in nearby gender-specific houses. This separation fosters a sense of community and helps clients practice real-world living skills. With a total capacity of 32 beds (16 per house), the program maintains an intimate and supportive environment. While the overall program is co-ed, all housing is strictly separated by gender to ensure comfort and safety.
Clients live in comfortable, furnished houses, creating a personal and less institutional atmosphere than a traditional rehab facility.
All rooms are semi-private, meaning clients will have roommates. This is designed to build peer support, community, and accountability.
While clinical programming is co-ed, the recovery residences are strictly designated as either all-male or all-female for client comfort and safety.
Policies & Rules
This is a voluntary program, not a locked facility. However, clients are supervised 24/7 and cannot leave the property without staff approval.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (e.g., Suboxone) is supported on a case-by-case basis, depending on the dose. They do not prescribe methadone.
Smoking and vaping are permitted for clients in designated outdoor areas during specified break times.
Personal cell phones are allowed after an initial 3-day "blackout" period, helping clients settle in and focus on their early recovery.
Family therapy is a core part of the program. While there are no set visiting hours, family visits can be scheduled directly with a client's clinician.
Alcohol, illicit drugs, non-prescribed medications, weapons, and paraphernalia are strictly forbidden to ensure a safe recovery environment for all clients.
