Cost & Admission

What will my costs be for treatment?

Do you provide detoxification services?

Yes, we offer safe, medically supervised detox as the first step in our continuum of care, ensuring clients are stable before beginning therapeutic work.

Daily Life, Rules & Family

How long will I be there?

The length of stay is based on clinical need. Typical durations are about one week for detox, 14-28 days for residential treatment, and 3-6 weeks for our PHP program.

What is the living situation like? Can I get my own room?

The living situation depends on the level of care. Detox and residential are in a secure clinical facility, while PHP has optional housing in separate houses. All rooms are shared with roommates; private rooms are not available.

Is this a closed/locked facility?

Yes, our detox and residential programs are held in a secure, locked facility where clients cannot leave the property. This ensures safety and focus during the most intensive phases of treatment. Our PHP program offers more freedom.

Can I use my phone/laptop? Is smoking allowed?

Smoking and vaping are allowed in designated outdoor areas. Personal cell phones and laptops are not permitted in detox or residential care. Clients in our PHP program are allowed to have their phones.

What should I bring? What should I leave at home?

Bring: 7-10 days of comfortable clothes, alcohol-free toiletries, ID and insurance cards, and any prescribed medications in their original bottles. You can bring your cell phone but you will not have access to it during inpatient.
Leave at home: Valuables, electronics (laptops, smartwatches), weapons, revealing clothing, outside food/drinks, and non-prescribed medications or supplements.

What is the difference between inpatient and outpatient addiction treatment?

Inpatient treatment (also called residential care) means you live at the facility 24/7, with round-the-clock supervision, medical support, and a highly structured schedule focused entirely on recovery in a controlled, trigger-free environment. PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) is outpatient, so you go to treatment during the day — usually 5–6 days per week for several hours — but return home or to sober living at night. Inpatient is more intensive and best for people who need medical stabilization, detox support, or a break from their environment, while PHP is ideal once someone is medically stable and able to manage evenings and weekends outside the facility with structure and accountability.

Who provides care here? Are there psychiatrists on staff?

Our multidisciplinary care team includes doctors, nurses, addiction counselors, therapists, and nutritionists. We do not have psychiatrists or psychologists on staff.

Who will be in treatment with me?

You will be in treatment with other adults (18+) in a co-ed environment. The client population is diverse, including those with Medicaid and private insurance. Living quarters are separated by gender. Capacity is 25 for detox, 65 for residential, and 44 for PHP.

What is the family involvement and visitation policy?

We offer family therapy to help heal relationships. However, in-person family visits are not permitted during the detox and residential programs. Clients in the PHP program are able to see their families during non-treatment hours in the daytime.

What kind of aftercare and follow-up support is available?

We offer robust discharge planning, which may include referrals to IOP or sober living facilities. We also have a formal Alumni Support program to provide an ongoing connection to a sober community.

What is the layout of the campus?

Our campus consists of an inpatient facility for detox and residential programs, which includes a gym, basketball court, dining area, and clinical offices. The PHP program utilizes separate houses for a more independent living environment.

Is there any follow-up after discharge?

Yes, we have formal alumni aftercare programs to provide ongoing support and connection to a recovery community after you complete your treatment with us.
