Is Suboxone (MAT) permitted?

Yes, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), including the use of Suboxone, is permitted and can be part of a client's individualized treatment plan.

How long will I be there?

Our standard length of stay for the inpatient/residential program is 28 days.

What is the living situation like? Can I get my own room?

The living situation is a comfortable facility-based environment. All rooms are shared with roommates to encourage peer support; private rooms are not available.

Is this a closed/locked facility?

Yes, for the safety and security of our clients, the property is locked. However, clients can go outside into designated on-site areas for breaks and fresh air.

Can I use my phone or laptop? Is there WiFi?

To help clients focus on recovery, personal cell phones are not allowed to be carried on you. There is an initial 72-hour blackout period. Afterward, we provide scheduled "tech time" for clients to use their phones for essential business like FMLA paperwork, bill pay, or aftercare planning.

Is smoking/vaping allowed?

Yes, smoking and vaping are permitted in designated outdoor areas during specified times.

What should I bring with me?

You should bring comfortable clothing, personal toiletries, any necessary prescribed medications, and your phone (though its use is restricted). Tobacco products are allowed for use in designated areas.

What should I leave at home?

Please leave valuables, non-prescribed medications, recreational drugs and alcohol, and any other items not approved by our admissions team at home.

What is the layout of the campus?

Our campus is a single, modern facility with shared client rooms, common areas with TVs, and accessible outdoor spaces. We also transport clients to an off-site gym and for yoga sessions multiple times per week.

Our treatment team is primarily composed of dedicated nurses and licensed counselors. For specific medical needs, clients can also have visits with our Nurse Practitioners.

Are there psychiatrists and psychologists on staff?

Direct care is provided by our team of nurses and counselors. If psychiatric or advanced psychological services are needed, appointments with a Nurse Practitioner can be arranged.

Who else will be in treatment with me? What is the occupancy?

You will be in treatment with other co-ed adults (18+). Our facility has 50 beds, creating a community of peers who are all working toward recovery in a supportive environment.

What is the family involvement and visitation policy?

Family involvement is a crucial part of recovery. We offer family therapy sessions, and in-person family visits are held every Saturday.

What types of support and aftercare are available once treatment ends?

We offer our outpatient programs (PHP and IOP) as a direct step-down for clients needing continued support and structure after completing the residential program.

Is there any follow-up after discharge?
