A Full Continuum of Care
Arcadia Trails provides a comprehensive, structured path to recovery. Each level of care is designed to build upon the last, offering the right intensity of clinical support as clients progress from acute medical needs to reintegrating into daily life with a strong foundation in sobriety.
First Step in Residential Care
Detox is the mandatory first phase of the residential program, providing 24/7 medical supervision to manage withdrawal symptoms safely. This ensures clients are physically stable and ready to engage fully in the therapeutic process.
Typical Stay: 30 Days
The core of treatment is the 30-day residential program. Clients live on-site and participate in a highly structured schedule of individual therapy, group sessions, and 12-Step work, progressing through one step each week in a supportive, substance-free facility.
Program Length: 1-3 Months
As a crucial part of aftercare, PHP (5 days/week) and IOP (3 days/week) allow clients to live at home while continuing to receive structured clinical support. These programs help individuals practice recovery skills in a real-world environment.
Environment & Accommodations
Arcadia Trails is located on a serene, modern campus adjacent to INTEGRIS Health Edmond Hospital, surrounded by rolling hills and oak forests near Lake Arcadia. The 40-bed facility provides a peaceful, retreat-like setting for recovery. While the program is co-ed, living quarters are gender-specific to ensure client comfort and safety.
Clients reside in a clean, modern building designed to feel professional and safe, rather than a home-like or rustic setting.
Clients share dorm-style rooms with roommates, which helps foster peer accountability and support during treatment.
While therapy groups and activities are co-ed, all sleeping quarters are separated by gender to maintain a safe and focused environment.

The facility is not locked, but clients are not permitted to leave the property for the duration of their residential stay to ensure safety and focus.
Medication-Assisted Treatment is supported with low-dose Suboxone when clinically indicated. Methadone is strictly prohibited.
This is a non-smoking campus. Cigarettes and vapes are not allowed. Nicotine patches and gum are provided for clients.
After an initial 72-hour blackout period, clients are permitted to have and use their personal cell phone and one other electronic device.
