Can I use my phone/laptop? Is smoking allowed?
Yes, smoking and vaping are permitted in designated outdoor areas during scheduled breaks. There is a 7-day electronics blackout period. Afterward, clients have limited, supervised access to their phones. Laptops are not permitted.
What should I bring? What should I leave at home?
Bring: About a week of comfortable, appropriate clothing, alcohol-free toiletries, prescription medications in their original bottles, and your ID/insurance card.
Leave at home: Valuables, electronics (laptops, tablets), weapons, non-prescribed medications, revealing clothing, and any outside food or drinks.

Care is provided by a comprehensive, multidisciplinary team. While a doctor oversees all medical care, clients will primarily interact with nurses and nurse practitioners for daily medical needs.
