The core of the program, where clients live on-site in home-like cottages. This immersive environment includes intensive individual and group therapy, experiential activities, and comprehensive care for co-occurring disorders.
Variable Program Length
PHP and IOP serve as crucial step-down levels of care, providing robust clinical support while clients live more independently. These programs help individuals reintegrate into daily life while reinforcing recovery skills. A virtual IOP option is also available post-residential care.
Integrated with Primary Treatment
A specialized track that addresses compulsive sexual behaviors, love addiction, and related intimacy disorders. This program provides targeted therapy and support to help clients develop healthy relationships and coping mechanisms.

The Ranch Tennessee offers a serene and restorative environment on a 2,000-acre property in the rolling hills of Tennessee. The setting is intentionally non-clinical, with clients residing in comfortable, gender-specific cottages to foster a sense of community and safety. With a total capacity of 40 beds, the center maintains an intimate atmosphere and a focus on individualized care.
Clients live in home-like residences, creating a personal and less institutional atmosphere that supports the healing process.
All rooms are shared with a roommate, fostering peer connection and support. Bathrooms are also shared among residents.
While the campus is co-ed, housing and most therapeutic groups are separated by gender to create a safe and focused environment for recovery.
Policies & Rules
This is not a locked facility. Clients can enjoy the natural surroundings for walks and breaks but must remain on property and adhere to the program schedule.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), including Suboxone, is permitted and integrated into treatment plans when clinically appropriate.
Cigarette smoking and vapes with single-use cartridges are permitted in designated outdoor areas. Other tobacco products are not allowed.
Personal cell phones are allowed once a week for an hour on Thursdays. Daily access to landlines is provided for 20-30 minutes.
While there are no in-person visits, family involvement is encouraged through family therapy sessions and scheduled Zoom calls.
Weapons, non-prescribed drugs, alcohol-containing products, and electronics like laptops and tablets are strictly prohibited.

Yes – We are licensed for both primary mental health disorders and substance use disorders, and provide integrated treatment for co-occurring disorders, trauma, addictions, sex/relationship compulsive behaviors and mental health conditions.
We offer evidence-based and experiential therapies including: EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing (SomEx), DBT, equine-assisted therapy, adventure therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and trauma‐resiliency practices.
The program is primarily clinical-based, but 12-Step principles are part of the process and meetings are offered. Participation in the steps is not mandatory.

No, it is an open campus. Clients are free to go outside for walks and breaks, but they are expected to remain on the property and adhere to the program schedule.
Cell phone use is very limited; you can use your cell phone once a week on Thursdays for one hour. Laptops are not permitted. Landline phones are available for daily use for 20-30 minutes after group sessions.
