Is this a closed/locked facility?
It is a restricted campus, not a locked facility. While you can be outside on the property, you cannot leave the grounds. If you choose to leave, you will be discharged from the program.
Can I use my phone/laptop? Is smoking allowed?
Yes, smoking and vaping are permitted in designated outdoor areas. Personal electronics like phones and laptops are locked away to minimize distractions. You will have supervised access to your phone for essential tasks and can use facility landlines.
What should I bring? What should I leave at home?
Bring: About 10 days of comfortable clothing, new/unopened alcohol-free toiletries, prescribed medications in original containers, ID and insurance cards.
Leave at home: Valuables, electronics, weapons, non-prescribed medications, revealing clothing, and any food or drinks.

The program is co-ed for adults (18+). With a capacity of 198, you will be in a large, diverse community of peers from various backgrounds, typically with private insurance, all working toward recovery together.
What is the family involvement and visitation policy?
Family involvement is encouraged through therapy and education sessions. On-site family visitation is allowed after the first week of treatment, but no visitors under the age of 18 are permitted.
