How long will I be there?
The entire step-down IOP program is designed to last approximately 32 weeks. This begins with 12 weeks of intensive programming (4-5 days/week), followed by a gradual reduction in session frequency each month.
Can I use my phone? Is smoking allowed?
Yes, you may have your phone, but it must be put away during group sessions. Yes, smoking and vaping are permitted in designated outdoor areas during breaks.
