Goal-Oriented Coaching is practical and focused on helping members develop tools to improve all aspects of their lives.
Harm Reduction We meet you where you are. Sobriety is not a requirement to receive coaching and support.
Future-Focused Coaches focus on the present and future, rather than the past, and are open to many pathways to wellness.
Wellness Plans Work with your coach to create an individualized wellness plan that honors your personal idea of success.
Lived Experience Coaches are highly trained peers who are personally experienced with addiction, either as survivors or as loved ones.
Co-occurring Support While non-clinical, peer coaching supports individuals managing co-occurring mental health challenges alongside addiction.

No Sobriety Mandate

You do not have to be sober to begin coaching.

MAT Friendly

Yes, we support all paths to recovery and wellness, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).

Do you provide detoxification services?

No, we are not a medical facility and do not provide detox services.
