Once medically stable, clients transition to the residential program. This phase involves a structured schedule of weekly group and individual therapy sessions with licensed counselors. Clients also have regular follow-ups with medical providers and engage in holistic therapies to heal the mind, body, and spirit.
Recognizing that addiction impacts the entire family, Tranquility offers family group sessions and visitation on Saturdays. This provides a safe and structured environment for clients and their loved ones to learn new communication tools, heal relationships, and build a strong support network for recovery.
From the moment of admission, the clinical team collaborates with each client to create a personalized discharge plan. This includes identifying the next steps in recovery, such as referrals to PHP or IOP, and coordinating continuing care.
