The facility is a large building with a dorm-style setup. All rooms are semi-private, meaning you will share a room and en-suite bathroom with one roommate. Private rooms are not available.
Is this a closed/locked facility?
No, it is an open campus and not a locked facility. However, for the safety and structure of the program, clients are not permitted to leave the campus. Choosing to leave is considered going Against Medical Advice (AMA) and results in discharge.
Can I use my phone/laptop? Is smoking allowed?
Yes, smoking and vaping are permitted in designated outdoor areas. Cell phones are not allowed during detox. After detox, you will have limited, scheduled time each day to use your phone.
What should I bring? What should I leave at home?
Bring: About a week's worth of comfortable clothing, workout wear, athletic shoes, ID and insurance cards, and any current prescription medications. You may bring sealed, alcohol-free hygiene products.
Leave at home: Drugs, alcohol, valuable jewelry, revealing attire, products containing alcohol (e.g., mouthwash), and weapons.
