Flexible & Effective Outpatient Care
River Rock Treatment specializes in outpatient programs that empower individuals to build recovery skills while navigating their daily lives. Care is tailored to each person's unique needs, offering different levels of intensity to provide the right support at the right time.
Typical Length: 2-4 Months
Schedule: 3 days/week, morning (9am-12pm) or evening (5:30pm-8:30pm)
IOP is designed for individuals who need more support than traditional weekly therapy. The program includes group therapy, individual counseling, and skills-building sessions, providing a solid clinical foundation while allowing clients to live at home.
Typical Length: Varies by need
Schedule: 1 day/week
OP serves as an ideal step-down from IOP or for individuals who need ongoing support to maintain their recovery. This less intensive program focuses on relapse prevention and helps clients continue to strengthen their coping skills and support networks.
Environment & Program Structure
River Rock Treatment provides services in a professional and welcoming office environment on the 5th floor of their building in downtown Burlington. As an outpatient-only facility, there are no living quarters. The focus is on creating a safe, supportive space for therapy and healing. Groups are kept small to ensure personalized attention, with a capacity of 12 clients per group. Each client is paired with a dedicated licensed counselor and a recovery coach for one-on-one support.
Treatment takes place in a comfortable and confidential office, not a residential or hospital-like facility.
Groups are limited to 12 participants to foster a safe, intimate environment and ensure everyone receives attention.
Every client works with their own counselor and recovery coach for personalized, one-on-one guidance.
