We offer a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and general Outpatient (Aftercare) services for adults struggling with drug and alcohol addiction.

How do you treat dual diagnosis / co-occurring mental disorders?

We specialize in comprehensive integrated treatment, addressing both substance use and mental health conditions simultaneously. Care is coordinated between therapists and our medical director (a psychiatrist) to combine psychotherapy with effective medication management.

What types of therapies do you use in your addiction treatment programs?

Our programs utilize a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, Brainspotting, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based practices.

Does this program use the 12-Steps, SMART Recovery, or Celebrate Recovery?

We support multiple paths to recovery. We integrate 12-Step therapy and encourage participation in peer-led programs like AA/NA, SMART Recovery, Recovery Dharma, or NAMI Connection, based on each client's individual preference and needs.

Is the program faith-based?

No, our program is clinical and not faith-based. We respect all belief systems and support clients in whichever recovery path they choose, whether it's secular, spiritual, or religious.

The length of treatment varies based on individual needs and clinical progress. IOP clients typically attend 3-5 days per week, and the overall duration is determined by treatment plan goals.

What is the living situation like? Can I get my own room?

This is not applicable as we are an outpatient-only facility. We do not provide housing, but we can help coordinate with local sober living providers if needed.
