The campus consists of a modern, single-story building with dedicated wings for housing, therapy, dining, and recreation. There is also a designated outdoor area with a gazebo for client use during breaks.

Our program serves a diverse population of co-ed adults (18+). You will be in a community of peers from various backgrounds, including those with private insurance and West Virginia Medicaid. The facility has a capacity of 70 beds.

To maintain a focused treatment environment, in-person family visits are not permitted. We facilitate family connection through scheduled video calls and phone calls on facility landlines.

While visits are not allowed, we encourage family involvement through regular communication via phone and video calls to provide support and updates on progress.

We provide comprehensive discharge planning. While we do not offer our own outpatient or sober living programs, our team will work closely with you to create a robust aftercare plan and connect you with trusted local providers for your next level of care.

Our primary follow-up is the execution of the aftercare plan we develop with you, which includes referrals to outpatient programs, therapists, and support groups to ensure continuity of care.
