A Full Continuum of Outpatient Care
DeCoach Recovery Centre in Xenia provides a flexible, step-down continuum of outpatient care, allowing clients to receive the appropriate level of support while maintaining their daily lives. Each program is designed to build recovery skills and foster a successful transition back into the community.
Duration: 4-6 Weeks / 5-6 Hours Daily
PHP is the most intensive level of outpatient care, serving as an effective alternative to residential treatment. Clients attend therapy and groups for most of the day, five days a week, while returning home or to sober living in the evenings.
Duration: 8-12 Weeks / 3 Hours, 3x a Week
IOP provides a robust clinical structure with group and individual therapy sessions while offering greater flexibility than PHP. This allows clients to integrate work, school, and family obligations with their recovery journey.
Duration: Ongoing / 1-2 Sessions Weekly
As the final step in the continuum, standard outpatient care provides ongoing support to help clients maintain sobriety. It typically consists of a weekly individual therapy session and a group session to reinforce coping skills.

For male clients needing a stable and substance-free living environment, DeCoach offers structured housing. This provides accountability, peer support, and a safe place to live while participating in outpatient treatment programs. Residents have a 10pm curfew.

The DeCoach Recovery Centre in Xenia operates out of a professional clinic located on North Detroit Street. The facility is designed to be a safe, welcoming, and confidential space for clients to attend individual and group therapy sessions. It features comfortable group rooms, private counseling offices, and common areas for clients.

Separate from the clinic, this 12-bed sober living home offers male clients a supportive, accountable residence. The house has a 10pm curfew and rules to ensure a safe recovery environment.

Our outpatient programs are co-ed for adults (18+). You will be in group therapy with a diverse community of peers from the local area who are all committed to their recovery.
Our step-down model is a form of aftercare. Clients can transition from PHP to IOP, and then to OP for long-term support. We also provide referrals to community resources and alumni support networks.
