A Full Continuum of Care
Holland Pathways offers a seamless continuum of care, allowing clients to transition smoothly between different levels of treatment intensity as they progress in their recovery. From medically supervised detox to flexible outpatient programs, each stage is designed to provide the appropriate level of support and structure.
The first step for many, our detox program provides 24/7 medical supervision to manage withdrawal symptoms safely. Our clinical team ensures clients are comfortable and stable before they transition to the next phase of treatment.
Typical Program Length: 60 Days
Our core residential program offers an immersive, structured environment where clients live on-site and participate in a full schedule of individual, group, and holistic therapies. This allows for deep, focused work away from outside triggers.
PHP serves as a bridge between residential and outpatient care. Clients attend a full day of programming at our facility but return to their own homes or a sober living environment in the evenings, practicing recovery skills in a real-world context.
In-Person & Virtual Options Available
IOP provides robust clinical support with fewer hours than PHP, making it ideal for clients who are managing work, school, or family responsibilities. This program focuses on relapse prevention and skill-building. A fully virtual IOP is also offered for maximum flexibility.
