Flexible Outpatient Programs
Northpoint Seattle offers multiple levels of outpatient care to fit the diverse needs of their clients. This approach allows individuals to receive intensive, effective treatment while maintaining their commitments to work, school, or family.
Schedule: Approx. 30 hours/week
PHP is ideal for those needing a highly structured program without 24/7 residential care. It serves as an excellent step-down from inpatient treatment or for those needing more support than IOP. This level includes access to doctors and psychiatrists for comprehensive dual diagnosis care.
Schedule: Approx. 9 hours/week
IOP provides a robust clinical schedule of group and individual therapy while allowing clients significant flexibility to live at home and manage daily responsibilities. It is a vital step in helping individuals integrate recovery skills into their real-world lives. A virtual IOP option is also available.
Schedule: Fewer than 9 hours/week
The standard Outpatient Program is the final step-down level, providing ongoing therapeutic support to help solidify recovery gains. It's designed for individuals who have completed more intensive programs and are stable in their sobriety but still benefit from regular clinical contact.
