Costs vary based on the level of care. Self-pay estimates are approximately $30,000 for a 30-day residential stay and $20,000 for a 30-day PHP program. We recommend calling for a personalized quote.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we are an in-network provider with many major insurance companies like Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, and UPMC. We also accept most other major insurance plans with out-of-network benefits. We do not accept Medicaid.

Do you provide detoxification services?

No, we do not offer standalone medical detox services. Clients must be medically stable before admission into our residential or PHP programs.

Is Suboxone (MAT) permitted?

Yes, we offer Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). Clients can be started on medications like Suboxone and maintained throughout their treatment plan as clinically appropriate.

Daily Life, Rules & Family

How long will I be there?

The typical length of stay for both our residential and PHP programs is 30 days, though this can be adjusted based on individual clinical needs.

What is the living situation like? Can I get my own room?

The living situation is comfortable and communal, within cabin-like homes on a ranch. All rooms are shared with one roommate to encourage peer support. Private rooms are not available.

Is this a closed/locked facility?

No, it is an open campus. As a voluntary program, clients are not locked in and have the freedom to walk the grounds. The facility is staffed 24/7 for safety and support.

Can I use my phone/laptop? Is smoking allowed?

Yes, smoking and vaping are permitted in designated outdoor areas. After an initial one-week blackout period, clients are permitted one hour of "tech time" per day to use personal cell phones or laptops.

What should I bring? What should I leave at home?

Bring: Comfortable clothing for about a week, non-aerosol toiletries, prescribed medications in original bottles, ID and insurance cards, and a journal. You may bring your cell phone/laptop for use during tech time.
Leave at home: Valuables, illicit substances, weapons, revealing clothing, and outside food or drinks.

Who provides care here? Are there psychiatrists on staff?

Care is provided by a multidisciplinary team of licensed and experienced clinical professionals. A psychiatrist is on staff to oversee medication management and mental health care, working alongside licensed counselors and therapists.

Who will be in treatment with me?

You will be in a men-only program for adults (18+) with private insurance. With a small capacity of only 21 beds, you will be part of an intimate, supportive community of peers focused on recovery from both substance use and mental health challenges.

What is the family involvement and visitation policy?

Family involvement is encouraged through therapy and visits. On-site family visitation is permitted on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

What kind of aftercare and follow-up support is available?

We provide robust aftercare planning. Clients can step down to our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for continued support, and an Alumni Program is available for long-term connection and peer support after discharge.
