We offer a Residential Treatment Program, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Mental Health Treatment, and Dual Diagnosis Treatment.

Crestview Recovery's dual diagnosis treatment program recognizes the critical link between mental health and substance use and is designed to address both aspects concurrently.

Do you accept insurance for substance use disorder treatment?

Yes, we are a private facility that works with most major PPO insurance plans, including Moda, Cigna, Aetna, BCBS, and Kaiser Permanente. We do not accept Medicaid.

Do you provide detoxification services?

No, Crestview Recovery does not offer on-site medical detox. However, our admissions team can refer you to and coordinate with a trusted local detox facility to ensure a safe and smooth transition into our residential program.

Is Suboxone (MAT) permitted?

Yes, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is supported. Our team will help you find a local provider to manage your Suboxone or other MAT prescriptions while you are in our care.

Daily Life, Rules & Family

How long will I be there?

The typical length of stay is 45 days, though programs can be extended up to 90 days based on clinical need and progress.

What is the living situation like? Can I get my own room?

The living situation is in comfortable, gender-specific houses. All rooms are shared with a roommate to foster peer support and community. Private rooms are not available.

Is this a closed/locked facility?

No, it is not a locked facility. However, it is highly structured. Clients can go outside to smoke but cannot leave the property without permission. Movement is supervised, especially in the initial phases of treatment.

Can I use my phone or laptop? Is there WiFi?

For the first two weeks, personal electronics like cell phones and laptops are not permitted to help you focus on your recovery. After this initial period, you can get your devices back.

What should I bring with me?

You should bring at least one week's worth of weather-appropriate clothing, any current prescription medications, your ID and insurance information, and basic toiletries (nothing containing alcohol). Cigarettes and e-cigs are allowed but must be sealed in their original containers.

What should I leave at home?

Please leave valuables, non-prescribed medications, weapons, outside food or drinks, and clothing with inappropriate messaging at home. Most necessary items are provided on-site.

Yes, cigarettes and e-cigs are allowed in designated outdoor areas. Products must be brought sealed in their original containers.

What is the difference between inpatient and outpatient addiction treatment?

Inpatient (Residential) treatment involves living at the facility 24/7 for intensive, structured care. Outpatient treatment allows you to live at home while attending scheduled therapy sessions, offering more flexibility.

Our multidisciplinary team includes a medical Nurse Practitioner, a psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, nurses, licensed counselors, and support staff to provide comprehensive care.

Who else will be in treatment with me at your facility?

The program is for co-ed adults (18+) with private insurance. You will be in a community of peers from various backgrounds, all working toward recovery. Housing is gender-specific.

Are family visits allowed?

After 30 days in treatment (once in Phase 2), clients are eligible for off-site family passes to reconnect with loved ones.

What family involvement is included in the treatment process?

We offer family therapy options to help heal relationships. After 30 days, clients in Phase 2 can go out on family passes to spend time together.

What kind of aftercare and follow-up support is available once treatment ends?

We offer a robust Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) as a step-down level of care. Aftercare provides ongoing counseling, guidance, and practical support for as long as you need it.

Are there psychiatrists and psychologists on staff?

Care is provided by a medical Nurse Practitioner and a psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, in addition to nurses and licensed counselors.

What is the length of a residential stay for substance use disorders?

Our residential treatment program typically lasts between 45 to 90 days, depending on individual clinical needs.
