A Phased Approach to Recovery
Crestview Recovery provides a structured, phased continuum of care to guide clients from intensive residential treatment toward greater independence. Each program is designed to build upon the last, equipping individuals with the skills and confidence needed to navigate life in recovery.
Typical Length: 45+ Days
In the first phase, clients live in gender-specific houses with daytime tech supervision. This highly structured environment focuses on intensive therapy and stabilization. Meals are catered, and all clinical programming occurs on-site to minimize outside distractions.
Program Length: Varies
As clients progress, they move to a separate PHP house. Here, they take on more responsibility, including cooking their own meals. They attend treatment at an off-site clinical facility during the day, practicing real-world skills while still in a supportive housing environment.
Program Length: Varies by need
IOP serves as a crucial step-down level of care and long-term aftercare support. Clients live at home or in sober living while attending group and individual therapy several times a week, helping them integrate recovery skills into their daily routines. A virtual IOP option is available for Oregon residents.
