24/7 Medical Monitoring
The first step in recovery, detox is managed by on-site medical staff who monitor withdrawal symptoms and provide medication to ensure a safe and comfortable process, preparing clients for the next level of care.
Typical Stay: 30 Days
The core of treatment, where clients live on-site in a structured, supportive environment. It features intensive individual and group therapy, allowing clients to focus entirely on recovery away from external triggers.
Varying Intensity & Schedules
PHP, IOP, and OP serve as crucial step-down levels, providing robust clinical support while clients live more independently. These programs help individuals reintegrate into daily life while reinforcing recovery skills. A virtual IOP option is also available.
Peer Support & Accountability
Vogue offers two sober living houses that provide a structured, substance-free environment for clients attending outpatient programs. This setting fosters peer support, accountability, and a gradual transition back to independent living.
Tailored, Affirming Support
Vogue offers dedicated programs to meet the unique needs of specific populations. The Valor program provides trauma-focused care for veterans and first responders, while the LGBTQIA+ track ensures a safe, inclusive, and understanding environment for all clients.

With a small capacity of 6-15 beds, the center fosters an intimate and focused community. This setting is designed to remove clients from external triggers and provide a safe space dedicated to recovery.

Policies & Rules
This is not a locked facility. Clients are free to leave at any time, but are not permitted to leave the property while enrolled in the residential program.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (e.g., Suboxone) is supported. If a client is already on MAT, the facility will continue their prescription.
Smoking and vaping are permitted in designated outdoor areas, providing a space for clients who use nicotine products.
Personal cell phones are not permitted. After an initial blackout period (detox), clients are allowed to use a landline phone.
Family involvement is encouraged through family therapy sessions, and on-site visits are permitted to help rebuild supportive relationships.
Alcohol/drug products, weapons, non-prescribed medications, revealing clothing, and outside food/drinks are strictly prohibited.

We use an integrated, trauma-focused dual-diagnosis approach that treats addiction and co-occurring mental health issues like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and PTSD simultaneously.
Our programs utilize a variety of therapies including individual, group, and family therapy; DBT, CBT, mindfulness, experiential therapy, art and music therapy; yoga, meditation, and other alternative therapies.
Our core program is therapy-focused and evidence-based. While not a strict 12-Step program, 12-Step meetings and principles are offered as a supplemental tool for those who find them beneficial.

The living situation is a dorm-style setup within our clinical facility. All rooms are shared with one other roommate to encourage peer support. Private rooms are not available.
No, it is an open campus without locked doors. Clients are free to leave treatment at any time, but they are not permitted to leave the property while enrolled in the residential program.
Yes, smoking and vaping are permitted in designated outdoor areas. Personal electronics like phones and laptops are not allowed. After the initial detox/blackout period, clients may use a landline phone.
Pack 7-10 days of comfortable clothes (no revealing items or drug/alcohol logos), workout attire, jackets/sweaters, a one-piece swimsuit (females), alcohol-free toiletries, ID and insurance cards, a list of important contacts, and any pre-approved prescription medications in their original bottles. Unopened cigarettes/vape juice are allowed. An old iPod/MP3 player without a camera or Wi-Fi is also permitted.
Do not bring any drugs or alcohol, non-prescribed or unapproved medications, weapons, expensive jewelry, pornography, or pets. Electronics with internet access or cameras (laptops, tablets, smartphones) are prohibited and will be stored in a safe until discharge. Also avoid toiletries containing alcohol and revealing clothing.

Care is provided by a multidisciplinary team including nurses, licensed counselors, and although a psychiatrist is on site in Nevada (Dr. Howell) there is no mention of the specific physcian at the Arizona campus.
The program is co-ed for adults (18+). With a small capacity of 6-15 clients, you will be in an intimate, diverse community of peers with private insurance or Medicaid, all working toward recovery together.
Family involvement is a key component of the program. We offer family therapy sessions to help repair relationships. On-site family visitation is also permitted.
We provide robust aftercare planning, connecting clients to therapists and support groups. Our full continuum of care, including PHP, IOP, OP, and sober living, serves as a direct aftercare pathway. We also have an alumni program with remote peer support and activities.
Detox: The initial step, offering medically supervised detox with 24/7 support to manage withdrawal safely.
Residential: The highest level of care post-detox, where clients live on-site to focus entirely on recovery through intensive daily therapy.
PHP: A step-down program with structured daytime treatment, allowing clients to live at home or in sober living at night.
IOP: A less intensive program with 3-5 hours of treatment per day, allowing clients to reintegrate into work or school.
OP: The final level, consisting of 1-2 weekly one-hour sessions to maintain support while living independently.
