A Continuum of Personalized Care
Reflections provides a seamless continuum of care, from medically supervised detox to flexible outpatient programming. Each level is designed to provide the precise intensity of support needed, with a strong focus on dual-diagnosis treatment and preparing clients for a sustainable, sober life.
The first step for many, our on-site detox program ensures a safe and comfortable withdrawal process under 24/7 medical supervision. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is used to manage symptoms and cravings, providing a stable foundation to begin clinical therapy.
Program Length: 30-90 Days
Our core program offers an immersive therapeutic experience with a minimum of 8 individual and 15 group therapy sessions per week. Clients live in private suites with en-suite bathrooms, enjoying gourmet meals and holistic amenities while engaging in deep clinical work.
Schedule: 3 days per week + 2 individual sessions
As a step-down from residential care, our IOP provides continued structure and support while clients reintegrate into their lives. With a maximum of 12 clients, the program maintains a high level of personal attention, focusing on relapse prevention and coping skills.
Designed for busy professionals, our executive track provides the flexibility to maintain work commitments during treatment. We offer private workstations, high-speed internet, and designated times for phone and laptop use, ensuring that recovery doesn't mean sacrificing one's career.

Our program uses a blend of evidence-based and holistic therapies, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma-focused therapy, family therapy, and experiential modalities like equine, art, music, yoga, massage, and acupuncture.
Reflections does not follow a traditional 12-Step model, focusing instead on highly individualized clinical treatment. However, clients may electively be exposed to a range of external sobriety support meetings, including 12-Step groups.
