This is the highest level of care, providing 24/7 medical supervision from doctors, nurses, and PAs. We manage withdrawal symptoms from alcohol, opioids, benzos, and other substances to ensure a safe, comfortable start to recovery.

Clients live in our gender-separate homes and engage in intensive individual and group therapy, life skills training, and holistic activities. This structured program builds a strong foundation for long-term sobriety.

Peaks Recovery provides an unparalleled setting for healing on an 11-acre campus in Colorado Springs. Clients reside in one of two gender-specific, 5,000+ square foot homes, each accommodating 6-15 clients to foster an intimate, supportive community. The environment is designed to be comfortable and upscale, combining the structure of a clinical program with the amenities of a modern home, including a fitness center, movie room, and gourmet kitchen. The campus is not a locked facility, promoting personal responsibility within a safe, 24/7 supervised setting.

Policies & Requirements
All incoming clients undergo a medical assessment. Those needing withdrawal management will begin in our on-site detox program.

Permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Clients are encouraged to reduce or quit nicotine use during their stay.

Clients live in upscale, gender-separate houses on our 11-acre campus. To foster peer support and community, rooms are shared with a roommate. Private rooms are not available.
No, our campus is not a locked facility. However, it is supervised 24/7, and clients are required to remain on-site unless on an approved, staff-supervised outing. This fosters an environment of trust and personal accountability.
Smoking/vaping is permitted in designated outdoor areas. There is an initial blackout period for personal electronics upon arrival. Afterward, limited, supervised access to phones or laptops may be permitted as you progress through the program.
Bring: 2-3 weeks of comfortable clothing for all seasons (layers are key in Colorado), activewear, toiletries in sealed containers, personal keepsakes, and any required ID/insurance cards.

You will be in treatment with other adults (18+) from various backgrounds, with a focus on young adults. The community is co-ed, but housing is gender-separate. Each home has a capacity of 6-15 clients, creating an intimate and supportive peer group.
Family involvement is a core component of our program. We offer dedicated family counseling and programming to help heal relationships and build a strong support network.
